Hi, my name is Owen, and this is my artist profile! Being an artist is important to the world because then creativity would be dead underground. I was inspired to be an artist because of my friend champy’s drawings. I started art way before I was inspired by champy! I don’t really have a favorite artist though. My favorite art medium is probably mr.sketch scented markers (specify the root beer one). I have not found out my art style, but it definitely is not realistic. When I choose what I want to draw I just pick the easiest thing that will still look good. When faced with artistic decisions, I just think of the coolest thing. When I make mistakes I feel dumb, but I fix it the best I can! I manage time when I have a deadline by focusing as hard as I can! I know when my art is done by looking for mistakes. The biggest challenge is having to do realistic, soft shading art. 2 of my goals are getting better at soft shading, the other is getting better at time management. I am drawing at home to grow as an artist. I don’t want to do digital art professionally, but I want to do it well!

I would tell someone just starting out, i would say; “color is very important to art”.
