Being an artist is important to the world because it allows you to share your artworks with just not your peers but the whole world. What inspired me to be an artist is the people in the french quarter that sell their artwork. My favorite artist is Vincent Van Gogh. My favorite medium is digital art. Personally, I like to go on pinterest to find things to draw. I want to professionally do digital art and probably teach other people. I like drawing digitally because it’s way easier and funner. I like drawing animals and other fictional characters. Whenever I make a mistake I remind myself that we are all humans and make mistakes ain’t nobody perfect but God.

When I have a deadline it’s hard for me to stay focused. I get anxious and I feel like I need to start over. You would never really know when an artwork is finished. You just have to trust your intuition. If your brain tells you it’s done then it’s done. 

One thing that I’m struggling with right now as an artist is time management. My biggest challenge with being an artist is being timed and having a certain time it has to be turned in. What I'm doing to make sure that I'm growing as an artist is believing in myself and I'm always improving. One goal that I have as an artist is to get better at painting so I could sell them in the french quarter. Another goal is to expand my artistic knowledge.
