Artists are important to this world because it gives more expression and personality to the world. I started with art by drawing in my notebooks. Then my parents made join art this year, and I’m happy about that now.

Whatever comes to my mind and imagination is what I typically draw. Every time I make mistakes I feel like I can do better, and I just restart. I stay motivated by staying focused, but not when I’m with my friends. It’s better when I sit by people I don’t really talk to. I normally check in with Ms Nuru so she can give me suggestions on my artwork. I struggle most with shading. Two goals I have as an artist is to try a different style of art, and focus more on shading. But, I’ll make sure I continue to grow by practicing more. I don’t want to do visual art professionally because I’m not interested in it. I think though if I do get better, I’ll actually have a chance in it if I want to make a living out of it.
